Frequently Asked Questions

What time can I check in?
Our check in time is between 3pm – 10pm. We are unable to accept check ins after this time.

What time is check out?
Our check out time is 10am.

Can I check in or check out any earlier/later?
An early check in time of 12pm is available at an extra charge of £5.00. A late check out time of 12pm is available at an extra charge of £5.00. This is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Can I store my luggage somewhere before/after my stay?
We are more than happy to store your luggage at reception on the day of check in/check out if you wish to spend more time exploring the local area.

Where can I park?
We can provide parking permits for on-street parking (KA Zone) subject to availability. These will be charged at £5 per day and capped at a maximum of £20 per individual stay.

Do you serve breakfast?
We do not serve breakfast.

Do you have WiFi?
WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Do you allow pets?
With the exception of assistance dogs, no pets are allowed.

Do you have a lift?
We do not have a lift and rooms are all accessible by stairs. If you require special assistance please call us directly before booking a room so that we can do our best to accommodate your needs. 

Do you have air-conditioning at the hotel?
We do not have air-conditioning at the hotel, however we do provide portable fans for our guests.
